Beliveau Estate Winery
This is the perfect spot for a date night! It is located in Blacksburg but feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. There are plenty of places to relax and unwind. There is outdoor seating that overlooks the vineyard and the beautiful mountains. They allow you to bring your pet as well. Wine is available by the glass, bottle, or self-guided tasting flights. Handcrafted beer from the brewery is also available as are food items such as gourmet pizza and cheese plates. There is also a Bed and Breakfast on the property. The Lyric
The Lyric would be a very cute date night here in the heart of downtown Blacksburg. This is located close to many restaurants, you could eat at one on North Main Street and then head over to watch a movie. Some great options would be Greens Grill and Sushi Bar, The Cellar, or The Maroon Door. The Lyric also offers private showings. This would be extra romantic! Rising Silo Brewery
Rising Silo Brewery is a truly unique movement for Blacksburg, and one of Southwest Virginia’s only farm breweries. They boast a tap line up ranging from 10-12 beers with a brew for every palate. All beers are brewed with exclusively organic malts and water from the Farm’s well. Produce from Glade Road Growing and other local farms are creatively incorporated in many of their beers and vary seasonally based on availability. They host events at the brewery all the time. Moss Arts Center
The Moss Center is located at the crossroads of Virginia Tech and downtown Blacksburg, on the corner of Main Street and Alumni Mall, it is a thriving community where the arts are a catalyst for engagement, inspiration, and discovery. The Moss Center operates as both a presenting organization and as a top-caliber arts center. This would be a great entertaining date night. They have many shows scheduled for the Fall!
