Caretaker Service

With our caretaker service, you can put your mind at ease knowing your home is being looked after. If you have a part-time home that you do not want to put on the rental market we will make monthly interior and exterior reviews to ensure there are no issues that need attention. You will receive a written report of any issues or required maintenance, and we can arrange for any maintenance work you need to complete in your absence.

The Real Property Management Insight caretaker fee is $200 per month.

Property Review Report

We will check areas that are readily accessible without the use of a ladder or tools. We will check that smoke alarms are present and functioning, HVAC filters are being maintained, check for leaking faucets or drains, and potential lease violations. We will provide a written report with still photographs by posting the report to the owner’s portal, and we will notify you of any required repairs or confirmed lease violations.

Semi-Annual with Basic Plan. Quarterly with Advanced or Premium Plan.

Tenant Replacement Protection

We don’t want you to experience the stress of having a tenant walk away - leaving you with an empty property, no rent, and the expense of finding a new tenant. If we place a tenant with you and that tenant vacates your property in less than six months, we will place a new qualified tenant at no additional cost.
