With our lease only service, we lease and you manage. We will handle the marketing, showings, and tenant screening then turn it over to you to manage. This is an economical alternative to the high cost of advertising, and marketing as an individual. This option allows you to hire us to market your property, and then turn it back to you to manage.
This program allows you to leverage our extensive investment in Marketing, Screening, and Tenant Placement.

With our eviction only service, we relive you of the stress of eviction.  We will handle the tenant notification, court filings, court costs, and attorney fees.  The eviction process is complicated and a single mistake can require you to start the process from the beginning.  Our expertise in this area ensures that the eviction is carried out correctly and legally the first time.

With our caretaker service, we put your mind at ease knowing your home is being looked after.  If you have a part time home that you do not want to put on the rental market we will make monthly checks to ensure there are no issues that need attention.  We can also arrange for any maintenance work you need completed in your absence.

So if we place a tenant with you and that tenant vacates your property in less than six months, we will find you a new qualified tenant for free.
