Out of all the cities in the world, Erik Leuschner and his team at Real Property Management decided to settle their families and business down in the heart of the New River Valley. Blacksburg, Virginia is known for its rolling hills, mountainous peaks, and of course, the Virginia Tech Hokies, but Erik knew there was more that met the eye in this small town. He saw a great opportunity where a property management company could provide exceptional value for property owners who really care about the upkeep and little details in their rental real estate. After time in the military and working in the industry, Erik wanted a place to call his own. The question is, why Blacksburg, Virginia?
